Constitution Day: Educate about the 28th
September 17
The Ohio Federation of Business and Professional Women (BPW/Ohio) is commemorating Constitution Day on September 17th. Constitution Day, is an annual American federal observance that recognizes the adoption of the United States Constitution and those who have become U.S. citizens. It celebrates the signing of the U.S. Constitution in Philadelphia on September 17, 1787
This year BPW/Ohio is highlighting the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) that was ratified in 2020 making it the 28th Amendment to the US Constitution. The ERA ensures United States laws embraces equality for everyone, thereby providing equal rights and protections to all human beings.
