WI Day for Equal Rights
November 12 @ 11:00 am - 4:00 pm
Equal rights activists from all over WI are invited to come learn about the state Equal Rights Amendment and then go talk to our lawmakers about why the ERA us important to us. The WI ERA is very broad, affecting all of us:
“Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by this state or by any political subdivision of the state on account of sex, gender identity, race, color, sexual orientation, disability, religion, national origin, marital status, family status, age, ancestry, or any other immutable characteristic.”
